Using this website
BeneluxRailPass.com publishes travel information. The main pages are static HTML; there is no visitor account, payment form or first-party analytics script in this version of the site. The hosting provider may process technical access logs for security and website operation.
Rail-pass booking links
Rail-pass price and purchase links open a separate tab and redirect to a retailer through a tracking link. The retailer and link provider may receive technical request information and use cookies under their own policies. Booking, payment and support take place with the provider identified at checkout and in your confirmation.
Viator activity widgets
Country and city guides load an external Viator script to display activities. Loading it contacts Viator, which may receive your IP address, browser details and other technical information and may use cookies. Browser privacy controls or content blockers can prevent the widget from loading. The written destination guide remains available.
Hotel booking widget
The accommodation page embeds a Trip.com hotel-search form. When the form loads, Trip.com may receive technical information and use cookies in accordance with its policies. Information entered in that embedded form is handled by Trip.com, not by a BeneluxRailPass.com booking system.
Photographs and other travel websites
Some destination photographs load from Wikimedia Commons, which receives the request needed to deliver the image. Links to FerryEU, Great Britain Rail and the other rail-pass websites take you to separate sites whose privacy policies apply.
Local tools and your choices
The destination filter, mobile navigation and itinerary-cost calculator run in your browser. Their search terms and calculator inputs are not sent to a server by those tools and are not stored in cookies or local storage. You can browse the written information without using the booking links. Blocking third-party scripts, cookies or images may affect the embedded services and photographs.
Questions about bookings
Use the retailer, accommodation provider or activity company named in your confirmation for payment, cancellation and reservation queries. Our booking help guide explains how to identify the relevant provider. Never send card details or passwords in an ordinary email.
