Where your reservation is made

BeneluxRailPass.com provides planning information and links to booking services. It does not issue your pass, take your payment or manage the resulting reservation. The seller or provider named at checkout and on your confirmation is responsible for booking support under its terms.

Rail-pass prices open in a new tab

Our rail-pass buttons open a separate tab through the Benelux pass price page , leaving this guide open. If the automatic redirect does not complete, use the visible continuation link. A browser or extension may block a redirect; check the address and your browser settings before retrying.

Before paying for a pass

Confirm the Benelux region, travel-day allowance, class, traveller names and residence eligibility. Check whether your intended trains accept this pass and what reservations or supplements are extra. Compare the complete cost with ordinary tickets , and read the current exchange and refund conditions before purchase.

Hotels and accommodation

The hotel page displays the Trip.com search form. Confirm the property address, room occupancy, local taxes, cancellation deadline, payment timing and accessibility needs with the provider. On a small screen, the supplied booking form can be scrolled horizontally.

Tours and activities

Viator activity suggestions appear in the destination guides. Check the actual departure city, meeting point, language, included services and cancellation policy before booking. Results for a smaller town may include experiences in the surrounding region rather than within walking distance of the station.

When a widget does not appear

Give the external service a moment to load and check whether a content blocker is preventing it. You do not need to disable privacy protection to read the destination information. Avoid entering payment information into an unexpected page, and use only the provider’s recognised checkout.

Changes, cancellations and missing confirmations

Search the email account used for the purchase, including its spam folder, and contact the seller through the account or support channel shown on the confirmation. Have the booking reference and travel date ready, but do not send passwords or full card details. For train disruption or station assistance, check the operator of the actual service rather than the travel guide.

Final checks before departure

Recheck trains, station names, pass activation, reservations and attraction entry arrangements. Carry the identification required by your pass or ticket and allow a margin for connections. The planning guide and train network guide explain the main points.
