BeneluxRailPass.com helps travellers understand the Benelux rail pass, compare it with ordinary train tickets and plan visits across the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. This is an independent travel-information website, not the official pass issuer, a train operator or the company that fulfils your booking.

Our pass guide explains the main benefits and limitations, while the ticket comparison helps you decide when a pass may not be the best choice. The destination directory covers 37 cities and towns, including places reached by a final bus connection rather than by train alone.
How the information is prepared
Rail-pass rules are checked against issuer and railway information. We distinguish established destination descriptions from changeable operating details such as reservations, station stops, engineering work and opening arrangements. Links to the reference sources make those checks easier to repeat before you travel.

Our approach to useful travel advice
We explain restrictions as well as advantages. Luxembourg’s free ordinary domestic second-class transport, home-country restrictions and paid reservations can materially change the value of a pass. We do not publish invented savings, live-price claims, customer ratings or endorsements by railway companies.
